How to get a support agreement.
There are many advantages to having a support agreement with Focus Software. You receive customer service and answers to your questions, at a predictable rate.
Most of our customers opt in for a support agreement. This way they will always have a helping hand, either during startups and even after years of software use.
If so inclined, please do not hesitate to contact us for a customer support agreement.

User support agrement

Subscription & maintenance
Having a software subscription does not neccessarily include a support agreement. Ie. Autodesk Maintenance Plan or Autodesk Subscription does not include a support plan with us.
If your inquiry is about a technical error in the software, an invoice or other generic subjects, you will not be billed.
If you’re not sure whether your company have an agreement with us, then simply contact us and we will work it out.
